Gibney in Cottesloe is one of the most prestigious fine dining restaurants in Perth, WA. The location is pristine; a romantic and opulent atmosphere is there to attract and seduce. With its well-designed interior, the restaurant stands out in its own right. The waitstaff are ready to accommodate every demand you might present; this seaside restaurant is there to impress. The menu is complete with chefs’ subtle creations and the cellar’s endless choices made me dizzy; so far, Gibney is my favorite.
